These materials are found in the desert pampas of the Valle del Chota, as well as in the subtropical forests of the northwest of the Ecuadorian highlands, on which several black communities are settled that surpass the inter-Andean panorama of the valley. In addition to giving his pumps a very neat aesthetic and acoustic finish, this workshop keeps alive and fresh the practice of manufacturing them in all the sizes and colors that he thinks possible. Thus, its varied collection of more than thirty bombs shows the wide range of sizes (from 15 cm to 40 cm in diameter) and, consequently, the varied timbres that each one emits, from the highest tones (small bombs), to the most serious (big bombs).
